The Middletown Volunteer Fire Company has a state of the art Activities Building. It is located at 1 Fireman’s Lane off of Franklin Street (at the MVFC Carnival Grounds).
Here are some relevant features of our facility:
* Maximum Seating capacity is 437.
* Banquet hall can be can be divided into 2 smaller rooms sharing the same kitchen.
* Complete gourmet kitchen, with preparation area and storage.
* Tables and chairs to meet facility demands.
* Coat check area.
* Lobby/Foyer for greeting guests.
* Outside area available for tents.
* Ample parking for guests and vendors.

Friday and Saturday Hours 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.
1/2 room Seating capacity and pricing:
70 ft. x 45 ft. (divided room) $50.00 per Hour
(200 seated, 400 standing) $300.00 per 6 hrs.
$50.00 per additional hr.
$50.00 janitorial fee (refunded if room and floor are cleaned)
Full Room seating capacity and pricing
70 ft. x 90 ft. $100.00 per Hour
(400 seated, 900 standing) $500.00 per 6 hrs. (Kitchen $500)
$100.00 per additional hr.
$100.00 janitorial fee (refunded if room and floor are cleaned)
Kitchen only rental $200.00 (6 Hr. Block)
$500 Non preferred caterer
BINGO rentals: Equipment $100.00 Microphone $75.00
Caller must be approved by MVFC staff.
**Refundable Janitorial Charge:$50.00 – $100.00 per event (not included in the rental price)
NO ALCOHOLIC CONSUMPTION ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.
